There’s a lot of discussion around about what is the best or most effective type of workout to do and it can often rather confusing.
Choosing what session to do
Choosing what session to do will depend on many factors and can be quite a daunting decision for some people. That’s why it’s a good idea to have some sort of plan or schedule to follow. There are many variables involved.
In this section we’ll have a look at each type and then look at when you should be prioritising one type of workout over another. Variety is the spice of life and this also applies to indoor cycling but it doesn’t mean that it’s haphazard!
